Level 2 Update

**Level 2 Update** Effective Wednesday 8 September

We want to update you on the changes to our service for Level 2. Our offices are open and will operate willing Level 2 guidelines.

We continue to offer phone, video call and other remote support to all of those using our services, with provisions for face to face crisis and intake work.

Please get in contact to discuss this with your social worker, nurse or counsellor should you have any questions or concerns.

We will continue to offer new appointments where possible.

We have taken the following measures to ensure the safety of our clients and office staff:

  • - We are COVID screening for any symptoms prior to your appointment by phone, and again upon arrival.
  • - Staff and those entering the offices must wear masks and maintain physical distancing. Masks will be worn in public areas and in counselling rooms.
  • - We have a QR code in our foyers. All those visiting our offices must sign in and scan the QR code. We are also able to do manual contact tracing for those without smart phones.
  • - We continue to ask that you sanitise your hands upon arrival. There is sanitiser available at the building entrance and at sanitiser stations around the office.
  • -Your staff member will talk you through the office protocols before your appointment
