For Parents, Whānau & Support People

Supporting the supporters.

Navigating trauma with a young person can
be overwhelming. We’re here to help parents, caregivers, and trusted adults understand how to provide safe, empowering support and access the right services. Our approach includes parent and caregiver sessions, joint planning and wraparound care, and providing access to youth-specific resources so you can navigate this journey together.

Prevention & Education

Knowledge is power.

We offer programmes in schools and community spaces that teach essential skills for young people. These sessions cover healthy relationships, consent and communication, and emotional wellbeing and body safety. Our programmes are inclusive and culturally responsive, with adaptations available for neurodiverse and disabled youth.

Safe. Free. Confidential.

All our services are free and confidential. We never pressure anyone to share more than they want to, and we always move at the young person’s pace.
