You may be navigating the impacts of harm for the first time, or coming back for support years later. Whatever your path, we’re here without judgement. We provide support for recent or historical experiences, and accept both self-referrals or referrals by a professional. Our services are offered in one-on-one, group, or whānau-inclusive sessions.

Our services are 100% free and confidential. You decide how, when, and where to engage. We have multiple locations across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato, and you can receive support by phone, in person, or online.
