We had one case that was very challenging, and we used with the support of my original trainer from S&T, the mapping tool to show and highlight a different way of supporting the mother and child. Since then, a movement (as stated above) is growing and staff are more able to identify strengths of victims to parent well, pivoting to the behaviours of the perpetrator, see the impact on family functioning etc.
